FROM THE DESIGNER:

Hi! I'm Erica-Lee Helgerson, the designer behind Lavender & Twine. I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband and cat designing new patterns and enjoying life. I've been sewing for 25 years, making bags for 7 years and designing patterns for 4 years. If I'm working with my hands creating something, then I'm happy. I also love visiting the desert, having meaningful conversations with people that I connect deeply with, and anything to do with space, ghosts, or nature. I'm so excited to be hosting my first open sew at Sew Whatever Studio! I am looking forward to the relaxing open-sew environment (think sewing in pajamas) and helping you with your Lavender & Twine projects!
