Shipping policy

More Me Know ships internationally! We only ship packages with tracking via USPS. We are not responsible for any import fees, or duties etc that may incur. 

If multiple orders are placed we cannot guarantee they can be combined. If you need your orders combined please make sure to email us within 1 hour of placing your second order to let us know you would prefer they be combined.

Shipping prices include shipping and handling fees. Overages of $2 or more will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Once a package is with the shipping courier we cannot change the address or items in your order.

If a package is lost in transit we will do our best to work with you but please note replacements may not be offered.

If a package is marked as delivered but has not arrived we will do our best to work with you please note replacements may not be offered.
