1.75" Decorative Rose Magnetic Snap | Single

1.75" wide decorative magnet plate embossed with Lauren Mormino's watercolor rose design. The plate comes with an 18 mm magnet and washers.

Instructions on how to apply it to your bag:

• Female magnet on the back side of the project: You will need to mark the 2 slits for the female magnet. Use your seam ripper to make 2 small incisions on the marked slits. Insert the female magnet with fabric "right" side up. Attach the washer to the back and secure the prongs.

Before installing the Decorative Plate and male magnet, make sure the materials are thick enough so that there is no gap in-between the plate for the front and back. You can use foam or fleece to add more padding.

• Decorative Plate and male magnet on the front side of the project: You will need to mark the 3 screw holes and the 2 slits for the male magnet. Use your seam ripper to make 2 small incisions on the marked slit. Use your hole punch to create 3 small holes for the screws. Lay the back plate on the "lining" side of the project and then insert the male magnet. Attach the washer and secure the prongs. Take the front of the Decorative Plate and line up the screw holes and make sure the orientation of your Decorative Plate is correct. Install the 3 screws using the electric screwdriver. You can use a small amount of superglue to secure the screws.
