This is a really cool base. It does not have the PVC backing! It has a moisture wicking surface - that when tested, the water did NOT soak through! It has a very soft cotton feel and is a mid-weight canvas. Could definitely be used without interfacing - but also can be interfaced!

Waterproof Cotton is such a wonderful base! Great for exterior OR lining - it has just enough structure, but will also accept interfacing if you need it! And these roses are beautiful 🥰
